ManageOne Assist is a comprehensive solution for businesses that have basic needs of monitoring and management.

How Does It Work?

The ManageOne agent is installed on every device that requires monitoring and maintenance.


Tasks are performed based on scheduled intervals from the ManageOne console to the agent. As the agent checks in with the console, it will receive any scheduled updates or requests that have occurred since the last check-in.


This agent will continuously run on each device as a service (much like the traditional anti-virus agent) and will check-in with the central ManageOne console at scheduled intervals.
